We are an Allied Health centre based in Rockhampton QLD. We have been running our Mums and Bubs: First Steps Program for 4 years in person and have expanded to Yeppoon and Biloela. We have found the need for these services run much further than we can reach in person, so we created Mums and Bubs Online. This is a Physiotherapy led program where you meet with a Physiotherapist virtually for check ins and follow the 10-week online programming from wherever you are! In this program you work on pelvic floor, core strength, mobility, and general fitness 6 weeks+ postnatally.
